Auto-Renewal Subscription Agreement

Effective date: 9 September 2026 · Version 1.0

This Agreement applies when you subscribe to ZOVA Pro. It explains what you are buying, how it renews, and how to stop it. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Plans and prices

Prices in other countries and regions are shown in your local currency. The price shown on the store checkout screen at the moment of purchase is the authoritative one — the app displays the localised price returned by the App Store or Google Play rather than a hard-coded figure. Prices include any taxes the store collects on our behalf where applicable.

2. Who bills you

ZOVA Pro is sold through the app store you bought it from. Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) is the merchant of record, takes the payment, and manages renewals. We never see or store your card or bank details.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
The store charges your payment method within 24 hours before the period ends.
Renewal is at the then-current price for your plan. If the price changes, the store will ask for your consent or notify you as its rules require, and you can cancel instead.

4. Free trial (annual plan)

The 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. Trial eligibility is counted once per user across the subscription group — if you have used a trial before, switching between the monthly and annual plans does not grant another one.
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid annual subscription and you will be charged.
Cancelling during the trial keeps your access until the trial's end date, and you are not charged.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.

5. What Pro includes

Pro unlocks the 12-week AI training cycle with daily detail and the AI training rationale, dynamic nutrition targets and adjustments with reasons, the mind upgrade plan and readiness trends, and Pro views of the plan, nutrition and mind tabs. Content is released in stages and labelled in the app where a batch is still in production. Safety alerts, red-flag warnings and privacy controls are free for everyone.

6. How to cancel

iPhone / iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ZOVA → Cancel Subscription, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Android — play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions → ZOVA → Cancel subscription.
In the app, Me → Subscription management links directly to the right place for the store you purchased from.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate the remainder. Your records and generated reports remain available read-only after expiry, and resubscribing rebuilds the plan from your latest state.

7. Refunds

See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Because the store is the merchant of record, refunds are requested from and decided by Apple or Google.

8. Changes to this Agreement

If we change this Agreement we will update the effective date and notify you in the app before the change affects an existing subscription.

本协议适用于你订阅 ZOVA Pro 的情形，说明你购买的是什么、如何续订、以及如何终止。本协议是服务条款的补充。

1. 档位与价格

其他国家/地区按当地货币显示价格。以购买时商店结算页显示的价格为准—— 应用内展示的是 App Store 或 Google Play 返回的本地化价格，而非写死的数字。在适用情形下，价格包含商店代收的税费。

2. 由谁向你收款

ZOVA Pro 通过你购买时所在的应用商店销售。Apple（App Store）或 Google（Google Play）是收款方，负责扣款与续订管理。我们从不接触也不存储你的卡号或银行信息。

3. 自动续订

除非你在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将在每个计费周期结束时自动续订。
商店会在当期结束前 24 小时内从你的支付方式扣款。
续订按你所选档位的当期价格执行。如价格变动，商店会按其规则征求你的同意或通知你，你也可以选择取消。

4. 免费试用（年订）

7 天免费试用仅面向新订阅用户。试用资格按用户在同一订阅群组内计一次—— 如你此前已使用过试用，在月订与年订之间来回切换不会再次获得试用。
如你未在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消，试用将自动转为付费年订并产生扣款。
在试用期内取消，你的权益保留至试用结束日，且不会产生扣款。
如你在试用期内直接购买订阅，试用的剩余未使用部分将失效。

5. Pro 包含什么

Pro 解锁 12 周 AI 训练周期与逐日明细、AI 训练解读、带原因说明的营养目标与动态调整、心智升级计划与身心准备度趋势，以及计划/营养/心智三个页签的 Pro 版内容。内容分批上线，未上线的批次会在应用内如实标注。安全提醒、危险信号提示与隐私控制对所有人免费。

6. 如何取消

iPhone / iPad——设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅 → ZOVA → 取消订阅，或访问 apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions。
Android—— play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions → ZOVA → 取消订阅。
应用内我的 → 订阅管理会按你的购买来源直达对应入口。

取消后不再产生续订扣款。你已付费的当期权益保留至周期结束，剩余部分不按比例退款。到期后你的记录与已生成报告仍可只读查看；重新订阅后会按最新状态重建计划。

7. 退款

见订阅取消与退款说明。由于商店是收款方，退款须向 Apple 或 Google 申请并由其决定。

8. 本协议的变更

如本协议变更，我们会更新生效日期，并在变更影响既有订阅前于应用内通知你。
